The vast majority of "pasture raised" and "free range" eggs come from hens that have never been outdoors a single day in their lives. Don't be fooled by cute cartons. Factory farming is still alive and well, but we're here to change it. At Sunnyside, we use small flocks and mobile chicken houses that are rotated around pastures to ensure our hens spend their lives outdoors fully expressing their natural "chicken-ness"!
Regenerative Pasture Raised Eggs
Our regenerative pasture raised eggs go above and beyond any other pasture raised egg in the store. We raise our hens in mobile chicken houses that are rotated on fresh pastures that are never sprayed with chemicals or fertilizers. Our hens spend their lives foraging for bugs in lush grass and are supplemented with certified organic feed.
